Who we are
For now, «we» are simply «me» We will be adding to the team and take more steps together, but this first step is mine.
My name is Ole Henrik Hannisdahl. I was born in Norway in 1978, as the eldest of eventually three brothers. I live near Oslo with my partner Siri, and three daughters.
After completing a Master in International Business, I went to work at a start-up called Meltwater, which later went global. I then worked for KPMG as a consultant, before jumping in to the EV domain in 2009. I ran a project aiming to get 200.000 EVs on Norwegian roads by 2020, while also being a member of the board of the EV charging company Grønn Kontakt, later rebranded to Mer.
In 2014 I took the helm of Grønn Kontakt as CEO. At the time, the company had around 1.000 customers in an Excel spreadsheet, and 3 employees. When I left at the end of 2021, we had an annual turnover of around 170MNOK, around 300.000 registered customers, and around 70 employees. Through a series of transactions we had become fully owned by Statkraft AS, and we had expanded in to Sweden, the UK and Germany.
After leaving Mer, I joined a group of investors who bought a stake in Welmax AS, a company specializing in advanced welding robots. I was brought in as CEO, to provide the structure and basis for the company to scale. Unfortunately, we had not done our homework properly before buying in, and the company needed a longer runway than expected. As owners, we were not in position to fund the company under the new circumstances, and the board disagreed on how to move forward. I therefore decided to resign, and start Incremental AS.
